Casio Exilim EX-S770 Review

Cameras.co.uk ha sposted a review of the Casio Exilim EX-S770 digital camera. They write: The main attraction of the Casio Exilim EX-S770 is its slim shape and its extra gadget type features. If these prove to be the main requirements when you are buying then you will have to accept a degree of compromise with this camera when it comes to picture quality, especially in lowlight situations.

Casio Exilim EX-Z700 Digital Camera Review

Digitalcamerainfo has posted a review of the Casio Exilim EX-Z700 Digital Camera.

Emily Raymond  writes: The Casio Exilim EX-Z700 has a lot going for it. The digital camera has 7.2 megapixels and still keeps shutter lag to a minimum. It has a lengthy list of interesting scene modes, which some users will find fabulous and others will curse. It takes decent pictures in optimal lighting and its built-in flash has plenty of controls to keep it from whitening foreheads and such. The pocket-sized camera is easy to transport and its battery lasts an incredible 460 shots per charge.
The Casio Z700 isn’t all butterflies and fairies though. It produces terrible amounts of noise in pictures, low light photography is nearly impossilbe, its audio recording capabilities are limited to subjects within a few feet of the camera, its mode dial is nonexistent so users have to enter the lengthy menu system for everything, and a glitch in the playback menu makes the camera look a bit unfinished. Still, the price is decent at $299. The Casio Z700 is far from being exceptionally impressive,
but it is an average camera that takes average pictures (in optimal lighting, that is) – and you can get it at an average price.

Cameras.co.uk has posted a review of the Casio Exilim EX-Z700 digital camera. They write: The Casio Exilim EX-Z700 is a solid if unspectacular digital camera. Pound of for pound I would say it offers good value for money and if you cannot afford or do not want to pay out for a top of the range model then this is certainly a camera well worth considering.

Reviews.cnet has posted a review of the Casio Exilim EX-Z700 digital camera.

Will Greenwald writes: The EX-Z700 comes with the same handy features as the rest of Casio’s Exilim cameras. Casio’s Best Shot modes offer users more than two dozen different scene presets, including the auction-photo-optimizing eBay mode. Digital image stabilization helps reduce shake and blur when using the camera’s 38mm-to-114mm-equivalent lens, though it shouldn’t be confused with the more-effective optical or mechanical image stabilization offered by some other camera makers. The camera maxes out at ISO
400 sensitivity, leaving it somewhat underequipped for low-light or high-speed shooting.

Reviews.cnet has posted a review of the Casio Exilim EX-S770 digital camera.

Will Greenwald writes: The Casio Exilim EX-S770’s slim, stylish form is hard to beat. It’s colorful, completely metallic, and small enough to take anywhere. It delivered excellent performance in our lab tests. Unfortunately, its iffy photo quality dulls the camera’s overall glow. If you want an ultraslim shooter but don’t think the S770 is quite for you, the Sony Cyber Shot DSC-T50 offers optical image stabilization and higher ISO sensitivity for a bit more cash.

Casio EXILIM EX-S600 digital camera review

Imaging-resource has posted a iew of the Casio EXILIM EX-S600 digital camera.

Dan Havlik writes:If you haven’t seen a Casio slim camera in a while, it’s easy to forget how nicely crafted and solidly built these models are. The Casio EX-S600 comes in three colors — silver, orange, and blue — and has a body composed of a very sturdy metallic polycarbonate. Though it measures just 0.8 inch at its thinnest point, the EX-S600 doesn’t feel flimsy at all, with a sleek, slightly rounded design that has good balance and fits snugly in the palm of your hand.

Casio Exilim EX-S770 Digital Camera Review

Digitalcamerareview has posted a review of the Casio Exilim EX-S770 Digital Camera Review.

Ben Stafford writes: The Casio Exilim EX-S770 is definitely a head turner.  Even though my review unit was “just silver”, its looks and finish raised a lot of eyebrows.  People just like small shiny things, I guess.  Maybe it’s the 2.8 inch wide LCD.  Anyway, besides its good looks and LCD, the S770 is built well and is very pocketable at only 0.7 inches thick.  Once you get past the cover of this book, the camera also takes good pictures, has great
battery life, and a very bright LCD, even outside in the sun.

If you’re looking for a stylish, ultra-compact/slim digital camera and you don’t need manual exposure modes, the S770 would be a good choice.  While it may not be the cheapest ultra-slim camera, its good image quality, excellent battery life and the wide, bright LCD make it a good buy.

Casio Exilim EX-Z70 Review

Cameras.co.uk has posted a review of the Casio Exilim EX-Z70 digital camera. They write: Although I like a lot about the Casio Exilim EX-Z70 it does have a big weakness when it comes to lowlight shots. It has plenty of megapixels, is easy to use and looks good. It is also a lower price option for a digital camera with this specification.

Casio Exilim Card EX-S770 digital camera Review

Pocket-lint has posted a review of the Casio Exilim Card EX-S770 digital camera.

Doug Harman writes: Stylish, very very compact, well built and packed with great features, the lack of more manual control might make some look elsewhere and the problems with noise and detail have dropped it a couple of points.

But, if you’re not going to make bigger prints, it has to be said that at the £279 price (it’ll be cheaper online, so shop around) if you want a pocketable, smart and snappy-looking snapper, then the Casio Exilim Card might well be worth a gander.

Digitalcamerareview has posted a review of the Casio Exilim EX-Z70 Digital Camera.

Ben Stafford writes: So far, I’m enjoying the camera.  It’s a very nice size - very pocketable.  However, this can also be a downside, with smaller controls and so on.  The LCD is nice and big, but I wish it had more resolution and it gets pretty washed out when shooting in the outdoors.  The images I’ve taken are also very good.  The camera also achieves auto focus quickly and has minimal shutter lag.
