Samsung Digimax NV10 Review
Camera.co.uk has posted a review of the Samsung Digimax NV10 digital camera. They write: According to the Samsung website the Digimax NV10 has won a number of awards. This leaves me scratching my head as I found it difficult to take a decent photo with out high levels of noise. Aside from this problem it is a decent enough camera, but I cannot recommend it owing to the poor quality of test photos I managed to take.

Samsung S1050 digital camera review
Computeractive has posted a review of the Samsung S1050 digital camera. Rob Jones writes:
Good points
- Simple to use
- Large LCD on the rear
- Good pictures at low ISO ratings
- Face recognition makes it easier to photograph people
Bad points
- Very noisy at high ISO ratings
- Unpredictable performance in lower light conditions
- Uses proprietary USB cable
Overall Although it has all the settings for creative control, this camera would best suit those that like to point and shoot. It’s just a little fussy when the light is less than perfect, struggling sometimes to focus and being too noisy when the ISO is set high.

Samsung GX-10 review
Trustedreviews has posted a review of the Samsung GX-10 digital camera. Cliff Smith writes: The Samsung GX-10, and presumably by extension the Pentax K10D as well, proves yet again that the digital SLR market isn’t a two-horse race. This camera provides more versatility in its innovative shooting modes, more image quality in its processing engine and faster performance from its high-speed electronics than anything the
competition have to offer in this class. Add the rugged durability of the weatherproof body and you have a photographic tool that any keen photographer will quickly learn to love. Just make sure you keep the body cap on when you’re not using it.

Samsung NV3 digital camera review
Imaging-resource has posted a review of the Samsung NV3 digital camera review.
Mike Pasini writes: In short, the Samsung NV3 is a stunning camera design with only average photographic performance. We wish more cameras were designed with this kind of elegance and style, but until the NV-series can deliver images of the quality suggested by that gorgeous exterior, we’ll reserve Dave’s Pick status for the cameras with imaging beauty on the inside as well as outside. Still, if you’re looking for timeless design in an MP3/multimedia player that isn’t an Apple iPod, then the Samsung NV3 might
just be for you. After all, an iPod can’t actually capture pictures and video, and it doesn’t come with built-in speakers.

Samsung NV7 review
Photographyblog has posted a review of the Samsung NV7 digital camera review. They write: he Samsung NV7 has a normal shooting mode, Self-timer (2 secs. or 10 secs.), Double self timer (2 secs. and 10 secs.) and 2 different Continuous modes (Continuous, H.Continuous). Sharpness can be adjusted in 3 levels (Soft, Normal, Vivid). There are also 6 different colour effects available (B&W, Sepia, Red, Green, Blue, Negative Composite,) and you
can apply Frames and GIF animations. The Super Macro setting allows you to focus on subjects that are as close as 1cm. The built-in flash offers 5 different modes (Auto, Auto & Red-eye reduction, Fill-in, Slow sync, Flash off). The flash range is 20cm - 5.8m at the wide-angle lens setting and 60cm - 4.0m at tele-photo and it takes 5 seconds to recharge between shots.

Samsung GX-1S Digital Camera Review
Letsgodigital has posted a review of the Samsung GX-1S Digital Camera. They write: With a resolution of 6.1 Megapixels, the Samsung GX-1S has enough on board to produce attractive A4 prints. Although we see many of its rivals offering a higher amount of pixels, a consumer should never trust blindly in the amount of pixels alone. Moreover, the difference between six and eight Megapixels isn’t even all that significant, and the actual pixel
quality is known to be much more important than the amount itself. The image sensor in the Samsung GX-1S isn’t exactly a stranger; besides the Pentax, it is also found in the, for example, models of Konica Minolta and the Nikon D50 and D70s. From a marketing point of view, it goes without saying that 6 Megapixel DSLRs will have trouble proving themselves, especially when compared to the compact 10 Megapixel cameras. Granted, perhaps an odd comparison, but it just so happens that the tendency leans towards Megapixels.

Cliff Smith writes: Another superb new camera from the most improved camera company in the business. The NV10 combines sleek style, excellent build quality, good performance and innovative design with good photographic results. It is certainly among the best of the 10-megapixel compacts, and good value for money too.

Will Greenwald writes: With solid images and a decent multimedia feature set, the Samsung NV3 is a very nice Jack-of-all-trades camera. Casual users will probably appreciate having their snapshots, music, and notes all in one iPod-size device. The camera’s awkward movie playback and its lack of playlists prevents it from being a great dedicated media player, but it still offers enough functionality to give you some tunes when you’re not shooting.

Ben writes: The NV3 has the looks to make a fashion statement. Your friends will definitely want to check it out when you pull it out of your pocket. The NV3 takes good pictures, but its main point of difference is the personal media player capabilities. Once you have a high capacity memory card, you can take your mp3s and videos with you. You no longer have to carry your ipod and your camera!
While image quality, in my opinion, is average, the multimedia capabilities of the camera are attractive, so make sure you consider them if you’re considering this camera. The stereo speakers are quite powerful, for being so small, and the included ear buds ensure that you’re all set to listen right out of the box.
