Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T2B
Reviews.cnet has posted a review of the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T2B digital camera. Lori Grunin writes: Overall, the T2’s photos look pretty good. As with the T200 and T20, they’re softer than the previous generation’s–notably the T100–and than some of the competition’s, due to what looks like more aggressive noise reduction. Still, they show good exposure and automatic white balance.

- Elaborate playback mode includes good redeye removal tool, special effects, and “painting”

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T2 Review
Reviews.cnet has posted a review of the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T2 digital camera. Lori Grunin writes: In almost all respects, the T2 is quite the zippy shooter. From power on to first shot takes a hair less than 2 seconds. Time to focus and snap runs only 0.4 second in good light, though that rises to 1.2 seconds in dimmer situations–pretty good for a snapshot camera, but slower than you really want. The interval between two consecutive shots is a brisk 1.4 seconds, which rises to 2.5 seconds with flash. In burst mode, it snaps at a clip of about 2 frames per second.

Reviews.cnet has posted a review of the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T200 digital camera, Will Greenwald writes: If not for the softer images, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T200 would be a fine followup to the excellent T100. It shoots as fast, it offers more features, and, most amazingly, its touch-screen interface won’t make you want to throw it out of a moving car. If you can still find it, you’re better off with the T100. If you can’t find it, though, or if you have a thing for touch screens, the DSC-T200 will probably satisfy your snapshot needs.
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S700 review
Reviews.cnet has posted a review of the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S700 digital camera. Lori Grunin writes: Compared with many low-budget models, the S700 performs pretty well. It powers on and shoots in just under 2 seconds. In good light when there are no contrast problems to challenge the autofocus, it focuses and shoots in 0.8 second–tolerable, but not great. But when the lights dim and contrast decreases, shutter lag increases just a bit to 1.1 seconds, which is very good for its class.

Reviews.cnet has posted a review of the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55 digital camera. Will Greenwald writes: Overall, we found the DSC-W55’s photos clear and pleasing. Despite the slight softening of some finer details, photos looked crisp. Colors generally reproduced well, though users should remember to switch to the tungsten white-balance setting when shooting indoors–the
W55’s automatic white balance fared poorly in our difficult tungsten-lit test shots, rendering harsh and yellow.

Sony CyberShot DSC-W70 digital camera review.
Trustedreviews has posted a review of the Sony CyberShot DSC-W70 digital camera.
Cliff Smith writes: The Sony DSC-W70 is pretty much the definition of an average snapshot compact. It is well made, looks good, is reasonably light and compact, performs competently and can take decent pictures. It has a couple of strong points, namely its excellent low-light performance and exceptional battery life, but it also has a couple of flaws, specifically image noise above 200 ISO, and that unusual telephoto lens distortion. Good value for money, but doesn’t stand out in a crowded and competitive field.
